Welcome to AutoAlchemy (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, policies, and service guidelines for using our website and booking our mobile car detailing and car wash services across  Lower Mainland,, including Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas.

By accessing our website or booking a service with AutoAlchemy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Services Provided

AutoAlchemy provides professional mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s home, workplace, or an approved location.

Our services may include:

  • Interior detailing and deep cleaning

  • Exterior detailing and wash

  • Odor removal, pet hair removal, stain treatment

  • Headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, and other specialty add-ons

All services are subject to technician availability, service location, vehicle condition, and weather conditions.

2. Booking & Appointments

Scheduling a Service

  • Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or email.

  • A booking is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from AutoAlchemy.

  • We reserve the right to modify or decline bookings due to unsafe environments, weather issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free of charge when requested before the appointment time.

  • Requests can be made via phone, SMS, or email.

3. Cancellation Policy

We value both our customers’ time and our technicians’ schedules. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • 24 hours or more before the appointment: No charge

  • Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A 20% cancellation fee applies

The cancellation fee is calculated as 20% of the total booked service value.
There are no rescheduling fees.

4. Pricing, Additional Fees & Payment

Pricing & Quotes

  • Service prices are listed on our website or provided directly by our team.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

Additional Charges (If Applicable)

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Excessive dirt, sand, mud, or salt buildup

  • Heavy pet hair removal

  • Stain or odor treatment

  • Biohazard cleanup (vomit, urine, blood, etc.)

  • Add-on services such as engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, or specialty treatments

    Travel Fee

    • A fixed $10 travel fee applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated.

      Payment Methods

      • Secure online payment via debit or credit card

      • Cash or e-transfer (where applicable)

      Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service completion

  • Provide photos or videos if possible

  • We will arrange a courtesy follow-up visit to address the issue

If the concern is not resolved after the follow-up visit, a partial refund may be issued for the portion of the service not completed correctly.

Full refunds are not provided if part of the service was delivered successfully.
Refunds do not apply to issues caused by pre-existing damage, wear, aging materials, or non-restorable surfaces.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, customers must:

  • Provide safe access to the vehicle and adequate working space

  • Remove personal belongings before service

  • Ensure the vehicle is unlocked or keys are available

AutoAlchemy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

7. Liability & Damages

While we take great care when servicing your vehicle, AutoAlchemy is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, rust, faded paint, or general wear and tear

  • Damage caused by old, brittle, or weakened interior/exterior materials

  • Water leaks due to existing seal, trim, or weather-strip issues

Any concerns must be reported immediately after service completion.

8. Weather Conditions

Our mobile services are weather dependent. If weather conditions prevent service or affect results:

  • The appointment will be rescheduled at no extra cost

  • Extreme temperatures or rain may limit certain treatments; we will advise suitable alternatives when needed

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

AutoAlchemy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
